SHIPPING POLICY
Online orders placed with Planet Mugs will be delivered by Courier to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that the Courier will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses. The Courier requires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.

Delivery generally takes between 1-3 working days.
For very remote areas where the delivery could take longer.
Your parcel could be delivered by various Couriers.
You do have the option to arrange your own Courier. In this case Planet Mugs can not be held responsible for ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR ORDER.
All Courier Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE Except where goods are faulty, wrongly described or do not perform as they are intended.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose your products carefully. We do not give refunds/exchanges if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. It is your obligation to read information provided on or about the goods on sale before making your decision.
Please ensure you are familiar with our policy before making any purchases.
We have a strict policy of NO RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT.
You can choose between a refund or exchange, where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not perform as they are intended. Unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office/Courier to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
Planet Mugs will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order, or EFT within 30 days or earlier.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. Please contact us by telephone or email to inform us of your wish to cancel Products.
